Brilliant colours in summer, a red glow at sundown and snow-covered peaks in winter:
the giants of the Sasso di Santa Croce group, the Lavarella massif, the Lagazuoi, and the Setsas draw a majestic & scenic backdrop for our hut Ütia Saraghes – discover, experience & enjoy!
Since 2001 it has been our passion to pamper hikers, mountain bikers, and nature lovers during the summer, as well as skiers and snowboarders in winter –in our hut in the ski and hiking area Alta Badia with a restaurant, a large sun terrace, a playground and a petting zoo.

Whether on foot, on your bike or with a baby buggy – in summer, the Ütia Saraghes hut can be easily reached via a beautiful walking path. While you take a well-deserved break on our large sun terrace and enjoy the view, your e-bike can quite literally recharge its batteries at our charging station. The kids have fun on our large playground, at the petting zoo or around our mascot, the life-size mammoth.

 

At the Ütia Saraghes hut, we also give you the warmest welcome in winter. Enjoy the winter sun on our wind-protected terrace and have a pleasant cup of our hot beverages to warm up. Our hut is the perfect last stop on your winter adventure – all slopes lead straight down to the valley.

  • Valley station San Cassiano
    • 45 min to 1 h by foot - 3 km - 300 m elevation gain
  • Mountain Station Piz Sorega
    • 30 min by foot - 2 km - 170 m elevation gain

  • There are many ways that lead to the Ütia Saraghes hut - easy to challenging tours start from San Cassiano, La Villa, Corvara etc.
